You:
1. Are active on social media every day and understand how content grows there
2. Have demonstrable experience with filming and editing
3. Have a portfolio or own channel with a visible level
4. Know how to create strong hooks that grab attention
5. Understands light, composition, rhythm and storytelling
6. You can organize shoots independently
7. Can manage people (models, creators, extras)
8. Works independently, quickly and responsibly
9. Meets deadlines without excuses



WHAT YOU ARE NOT
You are not:

1. Only an editor
2. Only a cameraman
3. Someone waiting for instructions
4. Someone without ownership
5. Someone who makes “pretty videos” without impacting growth
