The Belgian Constitutional Court has rejected Netflix's appeal against a decree by the Wallonia-Brussels Federation that requires streaming platforms to increase their investment in French-language local content from 2.2% to 9.5% of their regional revenue by 2027. The court largely confirms the legal obligation but refers additional questions regarding its application to the EU Court of Justice, where the first hearing is not expected before June.
