The IFFR Hubert Bals Fund has selected eight projects via the HBF+Europe programme that will receive a total of €60,000, of which five will receive Minority Co-production Support and three Post-production Support. The most notable project is Don't Let the Sun Go Up On Me by Asmae El Moudir, who won the Best Director award at Un Certain Regard in 2023 with The Mother of All Lies. Other co-production support includes Nightsong by Maya Da-Rin and Bleach by Kaltrina Krasniqi, while Four Seasons in Java by Kamila Andini receives post-production support via the French Ici et Là Productions.
