The new eight-part drama series "Rust en Vreugd" follows Emma (Annet Malherbe), who inherits an allotment garden after her husband's death. Despite her aversion to gardening, she decides to keep it. She soon discovers that the allotment complex is a world of rules, gossip, and rivalry. The series, based on the book by Hendrik Groen, is directed by Tim Oliehoek and written by Tamara Bos. It airs March 8 on NPO 1 and NPO Start.
