The Eye Film Museum is launching a restructuring plan to strengthen its financial position and ensure its future. This plan, approved by the Supervisory Board, involves cutting approximately 30 full-time equivalents (FTEs), representing about 20% of its workforce. Most jobs will be lost through natural attrition, but ten permanent positions will be terminated. A social plan has been developed for the affected employees. The restructuring will not affect SEE NL and the National Network for Film Education, which are funded separately.
