Joco Media's series "Woeste Grond," about a family from Twente struggling to maintain their farm, returns for a second season on AVROTROS starting August 4th. The first season attracted approximately one million viewers. Director Johan Nijenhuis reports that each season will have twenty episodes. All the regular actors, including Hendrik Jan Bökkers and Anouk Maas, will return, with Robbert Bleij as a new addition. The series, which will also have a third and fourth season, will air on NPO 1.
