Halina Reijn and Victoria Warmerdam have been invited, together with other Dutch people such as Trent, Nina Gantz and Margje de Koning, to become members of the Academy, the organization that annually awards the Oscars. Reijn, known for the films "Bodies Bodies Bodies" and "Babygirl", and Warmerdam, who recently won an Oscar for the short film "I'm Not a Robot", express their joy and gratitude about this recognition. Previously, Dutch film professionals such as Paul Verhoeven and Hoyte van Hoytema were also admitted to the Academy.
